Program Overview

The Champion’s Journey goes beyond drills and reps.

It’s a transformational experience that

develops the whole athlete.

We train athletes to reach peak physical performance while building mental resilience, emotional strength, and spiritual alignment for success in

sports, leadership, and life.

Iman Blow is a 3x NCAA Champion from Columbia University, 4x Junior World medalist, 7-time World Team member, and Olympic Alternate for the 2020 Tokyo Games. A key force behind the first U.S. Women’s Foil Team to earn a world #1 ranking.

In 2020, Iman launched the Aspire to Inspire Initiative, creating space for conversations on mental health, representation, and student-athlete education. She believes a true champion inspires both themselves
and others.

PHASE 1: The Warm-Up

Selected Individual Session Time
Purpose
    To give each athlete a personalized jumpstart.
 
 
Each athlete will choose a day and time slot to meet with Nikki for a personalized session
that includes:
  • Assess where the athlete currently is physically and mentally.

​​

  • Movement tailored to your needs and goals.

​​

  • Mindset work to build confidence, focus,

      and resilience.

​​

  • Goal setting for the upcoming program.

​​

  • Prepare for the Group Virtual Kickoff by sharing what to expect and how to show

      up strong.

PHASE 2: The Foundation
"Laying The Groundwork & Locking In"
Group Virtual Kickoff​
Monday, August 4 - Friday, August 8
Purpose
     Set the tone for the journey, build connection,
and ignite intention.
 
Focus Areas
  • Movement Assignments
          Introduction to weekly workouts and physical goals.
​​
  • Mental Preparation
        Mindset work to build focus, discipline, and confidence.
​​
  • Introductions
       Meet your fellow champions, build community, and                   accountability.
​​
  • Visioning
       Define your personal "why" and visualize success for
       the journey. And, declaring "who you are as a person
       and an athlete.

Live Group Sessions - 60 min

Each day, athletes will receive a short video assignment focused on movement, mindset, or journaling. After completing each assignment, athletes will share a short reflection in our private group space to stay accountable and connected.

An immersive, high-energy week designed to elevate athletes through physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual growth in a focused, supportive environment.

    Sport-specific training to sharpen fundamentals, technique, and game-speed execution.

    Leadership games, journaling, and mindfulness to strengthen trust and emotional toughness.

Note From Nikki

To My Athletes,

I know exactly what it feels like to be in your shoes. As an elite youth athlete, a college athlete, and a professional athlete, I know the grind, the sweat, the dedication. I know what it feels like to put in the work and to WIN!

 

I also know what it feels like to feel stronger, faster, and more prepared than ever, only to freeze on game day. To tighten up. To second-guess yourself. To feel like you “choked” and walk away questioning, What just happened?

I know what it’s like to want your mind and body to work together; to be mentally as strong as you are physically. To crave strength and speed and to feel good physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually in your sport.

That’s why I’m here. To support you, challenge you, and help you break through whatever is holding you back. We’ll put in the work together, dig deep, share, motivate, and push past limits. I’m your coach, your training partner, your confidant, your guide. And I will do my best to get you to the finish line feeling confident, strong, powerful, and agile.

Sometimes, it’s deeper than push-ups and squats. It’s about mental clarity. It’s about locking in and becoming your best self to thrive in sport, leadership, and life.
