Phase 1: The Pre-Game
One-on-One Athlete Assessment & Mental Prep
One Week Before the Weekend Kickoff 
Private Zoom Session with Coach Nikki
Objective: To set a strong foundation by understanding your goals, strengths, and mindset while preparing you physically and mentally for the journey ahead. This phase ensures that you enter the program with clarity, focus, and a personal game plan to maximize your success.

🔹 Week Before

  • 1-on-1 Athlete Assessment: Personalized strategy session to discuss your goals & challenges

  • Mental Strength & Focus Training: Receive a custom mental exercise to sharpen your mindset

  • Pre-Program Challenge: A physical & mental test to set your baseline

  • Private Athlete Intake Form: Get a custom roadmap for your journey

PHASE 2: The Foundation Weekend
(Immersive Kickoff) 
Friday, May 30th - Sunday, June 1st
Objective: Build a strong foundation in strength, power, agility,
mindset, and overall well-being.

🔹 Friday

Welcome & Mindset Shift

  • Dinner & Introduction to The S.P.A. Method

  • Visualization & Mental Priming

🔹 Saturday

Strength & Power Day

  • Strength & Agility Workouts

  • Mental Clarity & Resilience Workshop

  • Nutrition & Recovery

  • Team Building

* Physical therapist & medical onsite

🔹 Sunday

Agility & Emotional Resilience Day

  • Speed, Agility, & Mobility Training

  • Mindset Mastery & Visualization

  • Commitment Pledge & Next Steps

Transition to Phase 3:

Athletes leave with a game plan for the next 3 weeks.

PHASE 3: The 3-Week Training Challenge

(Application & Growth) 
Weeks 1 -3
Monday, June 2nd - Friday, June 20th
Hybrid Training & Accountability
Objective: Apply what was learned, maintain momentum, and stay accountable through guided workouts, mental training, and group coaching.

🔹 Each Week Includes:

  • 3 Guided Workouts (physically and/or mentally) on your own each week 

  • Mental Exercises integrated into each workout

  • Private Facebook Group for daily check-ins, support, and accountability

  • Weekly Zoom Call (Discussion, challenges, Q&A, and preparation for the next week)

 

Transition to Phase 4:

Athletes reflect on their progress and prepare for the grand finale!

PHASE 4: The Final Sprint
(The Championship Session) 
Saturday, June 21st
In-Person Finale

 

Objective: Observe growth, celebrate progress, and reinforce lifelong habits.

🔹 The Grand Finale Includes:

  • Strength & Performance Challenge

  • Mental Clarity Check-In

  • Reflection & Award Ceremony

  • Next-Level Goal Setting

 

*Morning bites, lunch, healthy snacks and hydration included

*Physical therapist & medical onsite

 

Athletes leave empowered, stronger, and with a championship mindset ready to dominate in their sport and life. And of course, special guests, gifts and prizes along the way!

To My Athletes,

I know exactly what it feels like to be in your shoes. As an elite youth athlete, a college athlete, and a professional athlete, I know the grind, the sweat, the dedication. And I also know what it feels like to put in the work! You feel stronger, faster, and more prepared than ever, only to freeze on game day. To tighten up. To second-guess yourself. To feel like you “choked” and walk away questioning, What just happened?

​

I know what it’s like to want your mind and body to work together; to be mentally as strong as you are physically. To crave strength and speed and to feel good physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually in your sport.

​

That’s why I’m here. To support you, challenge you, and help you break through whatever is holding you back. We’ll put in the work together, dig deep, share, motivate, and push past limits. I’m your coach, your training partner, your confidant, your guide. And I promise you this: I will get you to the finish line feeling confident, strong, powerful, and agile.

​

Because sometimes, it’s deeper than push-ups and squats. It’s about mental clarity. It’s about unlocking

your full potential.
