Nikki Kimbrough is a dynamic force in the fitness world, with over 20 years of experience empowering individuals to unlock their full potential. As the CEO and founder of Get Fit with Nik, Inc., Nikki is a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Specialist who inspires people to "Find Your Fit” physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Drawing from her personal experiences, Nikki realized that fitness is "deeper than push-ups and squats!” It’s about finding what truly makes you feel good on every level.

Through her background as an elite college and professional athlete, Nikki developed her signature “S.P.A. Method,” a transformative framework focused on building Strength, discovering Power, and increasing Agility. This holistic approach fuels her brand and empowers everyone from everyday women to her coaching and motivating her elite youth, Olympians, and professional athletes to thrive and lead with resilience. Nikki also leads transformative wellness initiatives, uniting movement, mindset, and purpose-driven experiences that inspire lasting change.

Her journey began as a national spokesperson for Bally Total Fitness, and her magnetic presence has taken her to major platforms including The Steve Harvey Show, Good Morning America, and The Today Show. She’s also been featured in publications such as Time Inc., Essence, and Fitness Magazine.

In addition to her work in fitness and wellness, Nikki is the founder of Kimbrough and Company, Inc., a lifestyle and entertainment company merging fitness, television, and youth theater. As Executive Producer of The Ladies First Chit-Chat Crew and What Men Want talk shows, both streaming on Red Coral Universe, she continues to spark meaningful dialogue and empower audiences through transformative conversations.

Beyond fitness, Nikki shines as a Broadway performer, making her debut as Etta James and a Joplinaire in A Night with Janis Joplin. She performs alongside Tony-nominated Orfeh and Tony & Emmy Award winner Kristin Chenoweth, showcasing her powerhouse vocals and stage presence. She also serves as Executive Director of the Harlem All-Stars Theater Group and mentors with Rosie’s Theater Kids, nurturing the next generation of performers.

The Richmond, VA native is a proud University of Virginia alum (Go Hoos!), Nikki holds a BA in English and an MA in Public Relations from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
