I Have A Few Questions

Do you feel stuck?

  • And the activities you used to do aren't doing it for you anymore.

  • So you find yourself doing things sporadically instead of consistently.



Do you get home and know you should workout or do something?

  • Yet you rather drink that glass of wine;

  • Instead of getting on that treadmill keeping it cute and fine.

Do you sometimes just not know what to do? 

  • Do I take a class, ride my bike, go for a walk, lift weights?

  • Should I meditate, journal, yoga...?


Then you get confused and do nothing.

Hi I'm Nikki, also known as Get Fit with Nik and a proud lululemon ambassador. In 30 days, I'm going to help you Find Your Fit!

Find what makes you feel good physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, through Learning, Loving, and Living Healthy.  Learning the fundamentals of fitness, Loving yourself and Living your best life.

Overall wellness is a lifestyle that many of us struggle with today because we haven't identified ventures that service us individually.

Through observing clients, friends and my own personal experiences, I’ve discovered that fitness is a personal journey that can affect your job performance, your family, personal relationships and your
self-esteem.

Therefore, we are getting back to the basics. It's all about the A-B-C's. During the 30 days you're going to attempt new ventures, bypass the things that do not serve you, and choose a new narrative.

How Am I Finding My Fit?

Under each component: Learning, Loving, and Living, we're addressing the problems and finding the solutions by getting back to the A-B-C's. 

 

Statistics show when you discover a modality or venture that speaks to you physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually you are motivated to stick with it, stay consistent.  Consistency supports you in achieving your goals and seeing results.  

Learning

Assess
Assess where you are and discover your strongest suit

Problem: Unclear on where you are currently.

Solution: Taking assessments of your overall strengths, identify your obstacles, and define your purpose.

Balance
Balance the basics

Exercise  *Sleep

 

Problem: Juggling too many unnecessary responsibilities; burnt and stressed out; slacking on key things for you; not using your time in the best ways.

Solution: Defining what balance is to you. Developing consistency; making tweaks in life to follow through with the things you allow to slide.  Reducing distractions, getting clear on priorities, setting better personal boundaries.

Change
Change is going to come

 

Problem: We get caught up in the same routine, same spaces, same problems, even the same people.

Solution: Try something new, change your environment, meet new people, shift your mindset, and explore new goals.

Loving

Affirm
Affirm yourself and
your
strengths

Problem: Having negative emotions and thoughts that limit your potential, your value and worth.

Solution: Provide positive reinforcement to counteract self-doubt, uncertainty, fear, and anxiety. Discovering your purpose and doing things and activities that remind you how great  you are in this life.

Believe
Believe the promise
 

Problem: doubting your own capabilities.

Solution: Create healthy routines. Face your fears, learn the lessons, surround yourself around good people and energy. Acknowledge your victories and strengths. Visualize where you want to be: This will keep you motivated, even when things look bleak.

Clarify 
Clarify and bring into existence.

 

Problem: Being overwhelmed or worried; confused and ambiguous; and you end up feeling stuck.

Solution: Creating space in your mind to process. Identify what matters to you and eliminate distractions.

Living

Appreciate
Appreciate the present

Problem: Always living in the past, and the future and not where you are in the moment. Focusing too much in the past can spark depression. Focusing too much on the future can spark anxiety. 

Solution: Live in a space of gratitude and keep your focus forward.  Appreciate your presence in the present. 

Broaden
Broaden Your Horizons

 

Problem: Staying in your comfort often times makes you feel stuck and adds fear. 

Solution: Open yourself up to changes in life, which prepares you for the marathon: the longevity of life and the unknown.

Celebrate
Celebrate You

Problem: You're scared that if you pause to celebrate, you'll take your eyes off the bigger goal and start slacking. If you celebrate something will go wrong or you're afraid people may look at you as  being arrogant. 

Solution: Celebrate and share the wins and the successes. Share your joy and walk into your ease. You celebrating helps others, the community and the world.

I’m your teammate, your trainer, your sister, and most importantly, I’m your friend. 

I’m right here with you! This is deeper than push-ups & squats. I’m going to do every squat with you, I’m going to win with you, be scared with you, discover things with you, laugh and cry with you.

 

 

I’m going to enjoy that glass of wine with you. And I'm going to show up for you!  

 

Now, some days are going to be challenging, and some days may be deeper than others… Just remember this:
