What if I’m out of shape or haven’t been consistent?

That is exactly why this sprint was created. You do not need to already be on track to join. This experience is designed to help you reset, reconnect, and begin again with support.

What if I’ve tried this before and nothing has worked?
This is different because we are not asking you to force yourself into a system that does not fit your life. The Sprint is designed to help you work with your body, your energy, and your real life so you can build momentum in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.

How much time will this take?
Each daily session is 30 minutes. You can join live at 6:00 AM EST or use the on-demand replay available by 7:15 AM EST each day. 

 

Is this right for me if I’m just getting started again?
Yes. This is a strong fit if you are starting again, rebuilding consistency, or ready to stop putting yourself last and finally create movement.

What if I can’t make it live every day?
You can still fully participate. Each session will be available on demand by 7:15 AM EST daily, so you can complete it in a way that works for your schedule.

What if I need support or modifications?
This experience is about meeting you where you are. You will be guided, supported, and encouraged to move in a way that honors your body while still helping you build momentum.
