The Journey is an inspirational series that features the stories of people and the paths to their breakthroughs. Witness the journey that your favorite wellness experts, influencers, entrepreneurs, executives, celebrities and every-day-people went on to achieve their breakthroughs that led them to reach their goals, become successful and/or find their purpose to get to where they are today.

 

"If we know the journey and/or the story, we will appreciate their work even more, realize everyone is more a like than you think and take a few tools and gems for ourselves to reach our own breakthroughs," says host and creator Nikki Kimbrough.

These authentic and transparent stories will continue to stay within the overall wellness theme of Get Fit with Nik. We get to see what worked and what didn't work. We get to see how our favs use the pillars of overall wellness; being fit emotionally, physically, mentally, spiritually and more to get off the struggle bus and jump on the "thrive bus." We get to see the bumps, how they learned from them, how they walked through them and what's next on the ride.

The Journey Continues... is a weekly podcast that airs on Fridays and allows the creator and host Nikki Kimbrough and the audience to dive in deeper and discuss The Journey's weekly guests, "take-a-way(s)-of the day," homework and more.

 

In addition, every week, Nikki's co-host will be one of her clients that will also share their current experiences, converse with and assist Nikki in answering the audience's questions.

 

Some episodes will also include an extension of the guests from The Journey and/or additional resident field experts that speak to the topic(s) of the week.
