The Richmond, Virginia native is a dynamic trainer. Nikki has a connection with audiences and clients that make people believe their ability to control their health and change their lifestyle. “It’s all about Finding Your Fit,” explains Nikki; "finding what makes you feel good physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and more! Overall wellness is a lifestyle that many of us struggle with today. Through observing clients, friends and my own personal experiences, I’ve discovered that fitness is a personal journey that can affect your job performance, your family, personal relationships and your self-esteem. Sometimes it’s about more than pushups and squats; numbers on a scale and a ‘diet.’ My goal is to have everyone discover what makes them feel good. It’s not about it being perfect. It’s about self-care and putting yourself first in the midst of everything. It’s about fitness being fun, challenging, innovative, introspective and an informative lifestyle that enables you to achieve overall wellness, feel good and love you from the inside out."
The former NCAA and professional long jumper has a diverse training background that ranges from dance to boxing, to weight training to yoga. When Nikki isn’t training clients or teaching her popular Get Fit with Nik Boot Camp, she is participating in marathons and triathlons. She made her Broadway debut as the role of Etta James in the Broadway musical “A Night with Janis Joplin.” And she is the executive director and owner of the Harlem All-Stars Theater Group, where their mission is to create extraordinary theater experiences that educate, encourage and inspire underserved youth.
