Personal Training with Nik!

Incorporate exercises that will address cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength/endurance and flexibility into your workout. Nikki will keep you motivated and develop a personal workout for you. “This is a team effort,” says Nikki. “And as your teammate, I will do the best job to help you reach your fitness goals.”

Personal Training Includes
- 2 to 3 sessions a week with Nikki
- Weekly cardio guidance
- Nutrition consultation and guide
- Workouts on the go (when you’re out of town)
- Fitness assessments (Take weight, measurements, body fat, BMI; optional: before, mid and after pictures for Nikki and clients' records only.)
- Food journal
