BOOT CAMP CLASS
Come Get Fit with Nik twice a week at Complete Body and Spa. Join this high-intensity-interval training class that focuses on strength conditioning and cardiovascular endurance. It also integrates flexibility, balance, sports conditioning, core stability and a whole lot of fun with great music and contagious energy! 


Mondays - 7pm to 8pm (Cardio-Base Boot Camp)
Wednesdays - 6:45pm to 7:30pm (Strength Training)
