About this Class: A high-intensity, upbeat, total-body workout that combines sprints, strength and agility exercises. The class integrates balance, core stability and helps you build your cardiovascular and muscular endurance with limited rest while burning ~600 calories. The positive energy will keep you motivated to go for that last squat, pushup and crunch! --- Available for Intermediate to advance fitness levels

About this Class: A high-intensity, total-body workout that combines strength, agility, speed, balance and core stability exercises. The class focuses on proper form while helping you build your cardiovascular and muscular endurance while burning ~500 calories. Nikki will challenge and motivate you --- All Fitness Levels 


How to Prepare: First time please arrive 15 minutes early
